The spring and summer dates for the 2012 Boys Great American Shoot-Out events have been set. Two spring Shoot-Outs and four summer Shoot-Outs will take place.
The Great American Shoot-Out is set to tip off the 2012 season March 31 and April 1 at the Integrated Athletic Development (IAD) complex in Carrollton, Texas.
April 27-29 the Great American Shoot-Out will be hosting an open period event. The NCAA has made the last weekend in April a LIVE event for division 1 college coaches to attend. This event will be in Duncanville at Bob Knight's Fieldhouse and area high schools.

April 27-29 Great American Shoot-Out at Bob Knight's Fieldhouse in Duncanville, TX
The Summmer Shoot-Out schedule will begin with the 14th annual Summer Tip-Off in Dallas, followed by stops in Bryan/College Station and Pearland (just south of Houston) and then the finale in Duncanville. The Duncanville Great American Shoot-Out attracts teams and college coaches from across the country.
May 26-28 -- 14th Annual Summer Tip-Off at IAD Complex (In Carrollton/North Dallas)
June 8-10 -- 15th Annual Bryan/College Station Shoot-Out
June 22-24 -- 18th Annual Pearland (south of Houston) Shoot-Out
The Summer schedule will finish with the 24th Annual DUNCANVILLE Great American Shoot-Out July 19-22. Last year, 312 teams and approximately 400 college coaches attended.
July 19-22 -- 24th Annual Duncanville Great American Shoot-Out at Bob Knight's Fieldhouse and local high schools

(all team coaches and personnel who intend to sit on the bench at open period events must have this NCAA certification per NCAA rules)

All team coaches must register their team coaches and players on the NCAA Team Registration website. You must enter each coach and player's information as required by the NCAA to be eligible for open period events
For the Spring and Summer Shoot-Outs, Great American Sports is offering discounts for teams and programs who attend multiple events or bring multiple teams.

Hotel Information will be available at our website in February. For May 26-28 only, the Night Hotel North Dallas (formerly the Holiday Day Select) has a $54 rate with double beds including breakfast for four.

NBA/NCAA Divsions teams will play in the Duncanville/DeSoto/Cedar Hill area.
NIT Division teams will play in the Lewisville area.
