The spring and summer dates for the 2013 Boys Great American Shoot-Out events have been set. Three spring Shoot-Outs with a new stop in San Antonio and our four traditional summer Shoot-Outs will take place.

The first Great American Shoot-Out is set to tip off the 2013 season April 6-7 at the Integrated Athletic Development (IAD) complex in Carrollton, Texas.

April 26-28 the Great American Shoot-Out will be hosting an open period event. The NCAA has made the last two weekends in April LIVE evaluation periods for division 1 college coaches to attend. This event will be in Duncanville at Bob Knight's Fieldhouse and area high schools.

A third Spring event will tip in San Antonio on May 11-12. GASO's return to San Antonio will be held at Mission Conception and the George Gervin Academy.

April 26-28 -- Bob Knight's FH in Duncanville OPEN PERIOD LIVE EVENT

May 11-12 -- San Antonio at Mission Conception/George Gervin Academy

The Summmer Shoot-Out schedule will begin with the 15th annual Summer Tip-Off in Dallas, followed by stops in Bryan/College Station and Pearland (just south of Houston) and then the finale' in Duncanville. The Duncanville Great American Shoot-Out attracts teams and college coaches from across the country.

May 25-27 -- 15th Annual Summer Tip-Off at IAD Complex (In Carrollton/North Dallas)

June 7-9 -- 16th Annual Bryan/College Station Shoot-Out

June 21-23 -- 19th Annual Pearland Shoot-Out

The Summer schedule will finish with the 25th Annual DUNCANVILLE Great American Shoot-Out July 18-21. Last year, 320 teams and approximately 400 college coaches attended.

July 18-21 -- 25th Annual Duncanville Great American Shoot-Out at Bob Knight's Fieldhouse and local high schools

NCAA Summer COACHES Certification
FOR Open period SHOOT-OUTS ONLY April 26-28 and July 18-21

(all team coaches and personnel who intend to sit on the bench at open period events must have this NCAA certification per NCAA rules)

NCAA TEAM Registration
FOR Open Period SHOOT-OUTS ONLY April 26-28 and July 18-21

All team coaches must register their team coaches and players on the NCAA Team Registration website. You must enter each coach and player's information as required by the NCAA to be eligible for open period events

For the Spring and Summer Shoot-Outs, Great American Sports is offering discounts for teams and programs who attend multiple events or bring multiple teams.

Great American Shoot-Out

NBA/NCAA Divisions teams will play in the Duncanville/DeSoto/Cedar Hill area.
NIT Division teams will play in the Lewisville area at IAD.

GASO YOUTH EVENTS

Great American Sports will be teaming up with Elite Action Sports to bring you 4 YOUTH Great American Shoot-Outs in 2013. These events will be run in conjunction with our regular high school age GASOs. Great American Sports is committed is bringing you the best in tournament organization, preparation and exposure. Featuring youth players at our high school division GASOs will allow us and coaches to see the best players in the state at an even younger age.

Great American Shoot-Out will be hosting five youth Great American Shoot-Outs. These events will run in conjuction with the following events:
